Mix the available ingredients together to create a cream or paste, and leave on skin for 10-30 minutes for lasting hydration. You should use these masks whenever at home and before going to bed.

3. Keep showers short and avoid hot water

Hot water takes away the moisture from our skin, and hence we should avoid bathing with hot water during winters. Also, the shower time should be minimized as the constant flowing of water on skin absorbs away all the oil and sebum from the skin, which leaves it dry and wrinkled.
